What's included in the base price

Every kit price includes the full SIP structure — pre-cut, insulated wall, floor, and roof panels, windows and doors, fixings and jointing foam — plus free UK-wide delivery, a full step-by-step build guide, and a 14-day money-back guarantee. Nothing about that changes whichever layout or finish you pick.

The layout you choose

Our three fixed layouts each have their own starting price:

• Nano — 2.5m x 1.5m, 3.75m² — from £9,050
• Micro — 2.5m x 1.8m, 4.5m² — from £9,485
• Macro — 2.5m x 2.5m, 6.25m² — from £10,460

Optional finishes and extras

Beyond the base kit, our configurator lets you add real, priced options rather than "POA" upgrades:

• Timber cladding upgrade (instead of standard composite) — +£1,800

Foundations aren't supplied with any garden building kit as standard — ours included — so if you don't already have a base in place, the foundation kit is worth budgeting for from the start.

Two worked examples

A typical self-build Nano, on a ground screw foundation with standard composite cladding: £9,050 + £792 =£9,842.

A fully-specified Micro, with the timber cladding upgrade, ground screw foundation, interior finishing pack, and professional installation: £9,485 + £1,800 + £792 + £1,635 + £3,900 = £17,612.
